1，        Straight line replaces arc line to ensure the gorgeous appearance of cotton roll, good roundness and avoid being broken or separated.

2，        PLC control programme, auto-rolling cylinder, automatic counting and cutting. The weight of cotton ball is ensured at the same level. Weight Adjusting is convenient and exact.

3，        Touch screen control programme makes it convenient for adjusting cotton sliver’s length, stop time period, cotton roll’s weight and producing speed.

4，        Other parts of machine such as electric box, material delivery table or outer box and frame are made from stainless steel 304. All metal spare parts of machine should be electroplated instead of being painted. Some screws are stainless. The machine is also designed with trolley wheels, which makes it possible for position mobility.
