INTRODUCTION： 

It use advanced PLC programmable controller, touch screen, PID adjustable temperature controller , AC servo motor,straight-line guide rack for automatic thermal packing of medical textiles, instruments and food industry plate-shape items with various preset width roll-stock packing materials.

MAIN FEATURES： 

1. Box frame and Convey belt for streamline production. Seal table is moved by imported thread shaft and is reliable in working.

2. System is highly integrated and key parts are international brand ones with better anti-interferance performance. For different packing length, only a minor parameters adjustment can be realized.

3. Touch screen is simple, direct and easy to use

4. It needs only 3 to 5 workers to complete feeding, checking, packing in cartons. Production efficiency is high and qualification ration is higher.

5. Less workers in workshop for easy control of germ contents.

6. Movable seal table can add air-releasing device and maintain pressure time of 0.1 to 0.8 to prevent pouch blast. Work table is larger for various packing materials(paper, plastics films ect.) and different items to be packed (gloves,5 to 10 PCS gauze swabs)with different packing length and width

7. Mold cost is low and easily changed.
